ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to sanitary reasons, we unfortunately DO NOT accept or offer returns or exchanges, with the following EXCEPTIONS:

If wrong item was received, the issue must be made known and a screenshot of the order list must be sent to us within 3 days of receiving item via email at parallelessentials@gmail.com or via direct messages @parallelessentials on Instagram. Products MUST be fully sealed/unopened to be eligible for a full refund. 

Please allow 24 hours for us to respond.

If the order has been returned due to an incorrect address, a repayment for shipment from buyer will be required for a replacement. Please double check shipping information before placing your order.

*Parallel Essentials will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit or after tracking shows as delivered. Tracking will be provided through email, if there are any issues, please contact USPS, as we are no longer responsible after drop off.

Due to COVID-19 and recent issues with USPS, delivery should not take longer than 2 weeks AFTER shipment, if your package takes longer than this, please contact USPS directly, as we cannot issue a refund when insurance is offered for your order. 

Insurance is only provided with expedited shipping, therefore, to insure your package gets safely to you, and open your rights to file a claim for a full refund from USPS, please add insurance with your order.

When you purchase expedited shipping with your order, you will be able to file a claim for a full refund through USPS should your order go missing or stolen.

*Again, we are NOT responsible for any lost packages during transit.
